Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

A return is accepted if:

  • The watch or item is unused

  • Returned in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging (box, tags, protective films, accessories)

  • Requested within 14 days from the day you received the product

If these conditions are not fully met, Seimasters reserves the right to refuse the return.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of wear, scratches, damage or misuse

  • Products returned without packaging, accessories or missing components

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Special-order items or products sourced individually per customer request (unless faulty)


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Full name and contact details

  3. Reason for return

  4. Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid disputes.

  • Shipping fees paid during purchase (including express or COD fees) are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If the item is damaged, worn, or incomplete, the refund may be partially reduced or rejected.

Refunds do not include:

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs/import charges

  • Bank or payment processing fees


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item arrived:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect,

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos/videos to support@seimasters.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund according to the situation.

Damaged packaging without product damage does not automatically qualify for a refund.


7. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbours or your local postal office

  2. Contact the courier with the tracking number

  3. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance

Courier investigations may take several business days. Refunds cannot be issued until the courier officially declares the package lost.


8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible, and a standard return must be initiated.


9. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the supplier.
Seimasters does not assemble or service watches, so warranty terms come directly from our suppliers.
