Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • In-stock watches
    Orders containing watches that are marked as in stock are shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order / out-of-stock watches
    If a watch is not currently in stock or requires assembly/customization, the processing time is 20–30 business days before dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted courier services such as GLS, DPD, or local postal services, depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union (EU): 3–7 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking Information

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Some destinations may incur additional customs or import fees (see below).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • The buyer is fully responsible for any customs-related fees.

Seimasters is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Seimasters is not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failed delivery attempts

  • lost parcels due to customer error

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and product immediately

  2. Do not discard the packaging

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at: support@seimasters.com

We will assist you with opening a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement if necessary.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • First check with neighbours, reception, or your local post office

  • If still not found, contact us so we can investigate with the courier

Please note: courier investigations may take several business days.
