1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or prepared for shipment.

Once an order enters processing (including made-to-order or preorder items), cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Made-to-Order / Preorder Items

Products marked as “made to order” or “preorder” are prepared specifically for the customer after purchase.

For these items:

• Cancellation is not possible once the order has been confirmed
• These orders are final and binding

3. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders are only possible if the cancellation request is approved before processing begins.

Once processing has started:

• No refunds will be issued
• The order must follow the standard return policy (if applicable)

4. Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing the purchase.

Orders placed with incorrect selections (model, size, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
