1. General Information

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seimasters online store (“Website”, “Store”). By accessing or purchasing through the Website, you agree to these Terms.

Seimasters is a retail store. We do not assemble, modify, or manufacture watches. All products are sourced from external suppliers and delivered as received.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Website.

2. Products & Availability

All watches, accessories, and related items sold on our Website are products sourced from third-party suppliers.

  • We do not perform assembly or modification services of any kind.

  • Product availability depends on supplier stock levels.

  • Some products are in stock, while others are ordered from suppliers on demand.

Product images shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes. Depending on the supplier, slight variations in details, packaging, or color may occur.

We reserve the right to update product information, availability, or pricing at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (via Stripe)

  • Cash on Delivery (Croatia only, via GLS)

  • Bank transfer

  • Other methods listed at checkout

Prices may change at any time, but this does not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days

  • Products not currently in stock / on-demand orders: Ship within 20–30 business days, depending on supplier availability

If the supplier experiences unexpected delays, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination country and courier service.
A tracking number is provided when available.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Seimasters has no control over customs processes or delays.

6. Order Accuracy & Information

Customers must ensure all personal and delivery information is correct during checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • additional shipping charges incurred due to reshipment

  • lost packages caused by incorrect customer information

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional payment for reshipping.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

We accept returns if:

  • the product is unused,

  • in original packaging,

  • and returned within the legally required period.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the product and the supplier.

Since Seimasters does not manufacture or modify watches, all warranty claims follow the supplier’s provided warranty conditions.

Customers must provide order details and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty request.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seimasters is not liable for:

  • delays caused by suppliers or couriers

  • variations in product appearance due to supplier updates

  • indirect or accidental damages resulting from product use

  • customs or import issues affecting delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, branding, layout) is owned by Seimasters or used with permission.
Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
